1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Expense Tracker application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vynix ("we", "us", or "our").

2 Description of the App

Expense Tracker is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Record and categorise income and expenses
• Manage multiple accounts (cash, bank, credit card, etc.)
• Set and monitor spending budgets
• View financial reports and spending trends
• Schedule recurring transactions
• Export your financial data as CSV or JSON

3 License to Use

Vynix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent from Vynix
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

5 Your Data & Ownership

All financial data you enter into the App belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal financial information.

Your data is stored exclusively on your device in a local database. We do not have access to your financial data, and it is never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

When you export your data using the Export or Backup features, you are making a copy for your own use. You are solely responsible for the security of exported files.

6 Advertising

Expense Tracker is a free application supported by advertising. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalised advertising where required by law (e.g. in the EEA). You may withdraw or update your ad consent preferences at any time through the App Settings.

We do not control the content of advertisements displayed by third-party ad networks. Vynix is not responsible for the products, services, or content advertised within the App.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or calculations within the App

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vynix and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your reliance on information displayed in the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your data due to device loss, theft, or failure
• Any financial decisions made based on the App's calculations or reports

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites or services found within ads or the App are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services.

10 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other content (excluding your personal data), is the intellectual property of Vynix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Vynix name, logo, or any other trademarks without our prior written consent.

11 Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.

Vynix reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such discontinuation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If changes are material, we may also notify you via an in-app notification.
